Please find, for your convenience, the Wisconsin Buyer Agency Agreement, and the Illinois Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement. Beginning August 17, 2024, it will be required for all buyers to execute one of these documents prior to any REALTOR® anywhere in Wisconsin or Illinois (as appropriate) to show a property. This change is a result of the Burnet et al v. National Association of Realtors et al lawsuit.
